Refurbished, not replaced: website refreshes
Refurbished online: the Historic DeLand refresh
Refurbishing keeps what still works and replaces what does not, and that idea fits the Historic DeLand refresh.
After the refresh, a community local-history project for DeLand has a source-backed archive with landmark pages, historic districts and self-guided walking tours.
Condition before the Historic DeLand refresh
Pre-refresh copies of historicdeland.com are archived but none could be displayed, so we show only the refreshed Historic DeLand site.
Historic DeLand, refreshed
Refreshed and ready, the site now carries a source-backed archive with landmark pages, historic districts and self-guided walking tours.
The refreshed homepage headline is “Historic DeLand — The Athens of Florida”.
Refreshed sections include Businesses, Events, Tours, Places, Timeline.
Refurbished PCs and refreshed websites
A refurbished PC and the refreshed Historic DeLand site share one goal, more useful years from something people rely on.
